Thanks to its TransTube circuit and an internal 9V high-voltage power supply, it guarantees a warm and dynamic sound, suitable for both stage and home studio use. Its independent Pre Gain and Post Gain controls, combined with a passive 3-band EQ, allow for precise tone adjustment. The 8-position DIP switch offers the possibility to select custom voicings for varied sound textures. Its silent bypass ensures a noise-free transition, perfect for live performances or recording sessions.

✓Faithful reproduction of the 1987 Peavey VTM preamp circuit

✓TransTube technology with internal 9V high-voltage power supply

✓Passive 3-band EQ (Low, Mid, High) for precise tonal control

✓8-position DIP switch for custom and varied voicings

✓Silent mechanical bypass with anti-pop circuit

✓Moderate consumption of 50 mA at 9V

Technical Data

Model

Peavey VTM

Type

Guitar preamp pedal

Reproduced circuit year

1987

Technology

TransTube

Power Supply

Internal 9V high-voltage (battery or adapter)

Controls

Pre Gain, Post Gain, Passive 3-band EQ (Low, Mid, High)

DIP Switch

8 positions for custom voicings

Bypass

Silent mechanical with anti-pop

Consumption

50 mA at 9V

Uses & Advantages

Perfect for reproducing the vintage sound of Peavey VTM amps on stage or in the studio

Precise adjustments suitable for demanding guitarists for a personalized sound

Ideal for musicians looking for a compact preamp with an authentic sound

Silent bypass suitable for live performances and recording without sound interruption

Suitable for home studios thanks to its low consumption and simple power supply

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0912/9856/2425/files/image_78b2d7f6-fc84-40c7-962d-edaf561b70dd.jpg?v=1783676927
