The ARMORY series is equipped with high-quality accessories originally designed for the renowned SATURN IV drum kits. These are among Mapex's top-of-the-line instruments and are intended for demanding drummers.
The 6-ply, 7.2mm birch/maple/birch construction of the ARMORY drum shells delivers a decidedly modern sound. The response is fast and the projection is very clear and precise.
Taken from the SATURN V, the SONIClear® Suspension System increases resonance while preserving the vibrations of the shell and head, and prevents the transfer of vibrations to the supports.
